I agree with all your points about communication. I especially like your first point because I think that the goal of the podcast is to help us use the Japanese we have learned in a creative way. Another point you can add is to make communication concise and simple, so that the listener will understand and enjoy the podcast!
ReplyDeleteThe teamwork aspect stands out to me. We are prone to improving our communication skills for the sake of getting our ideas across rather than for the sake of the team. The notion reminds me of the fundamental purpose and function in communication that is to exchange thoughts so as to live in a community.
