Here are my four senryus (I don't think they should be called haikus). It takes years for me to write them, but I am still not entirely sure whether they fit the standard.

テレビをみます
かきません
コロンビア
たいへんですね
いそがしい
あさごはん
をたべんません
げんきです
ニューヨーク
たのしがほしい
たかいです
Nice! This had emotion, delivered a message, it was fairly creative and had a nice presentation value. In terms of the criteria given I'd say this fits all of them very well. 9

ReplyDeleteいちばん は だいすき です〜 I think that one best brings up a vivid image, that is of a kid in front of the TV, homework completely forgotten. Really cool!

ReplyDeleteIt took me a bit to understand the structure of your first haiku, but when I realized what you were trying to convey it instantly became my favorite. It's an instance that we can all relate to, and also a downfall of multitasking.
